After payment of the subscription fee (as indicated below), each paddler will be provided with:
- a race canoe number , to fix on the bow,deck left side of the canoes
- a race shirt
- race ID
- race rules and general information
Saturday 21 May Allwave Cup / IVF European Va'a Championship 2011
10.00: paddlers meeting , on the beach "Athlete area"
10.30: novice and junior race start, 6 Km route "A" on the map
12.00: elite paddlers meeting, final race route will be notified. The final route will
depend on sea-wind conditions; the organization will try to follow the best
swell direction.
12.30: ALL WAVE CUP/IVF European Championship 2011 race start 21 Km
route "B" or "C" on the map.
21.00: Awards cerimony

Sunday 22 May  " 1° Standup european challenge"

10.00: Standup paddlers meeting , on the beach "Athlete area"

11.00: race start 6 Km route "A" on the map or similar. The final route will
depend on sea-wind conditions; the organization will try to follow the best
swell direction.

How to subscribe
There will be one race for all the elite paddlers.
-Sign up for the race on line. The dead line is 30 April  2011
- Have a valid personal national canoe federation ID. You may replace this ID with a medical certificate for competitive or paddling sport. Please note that this requirement is mandatory for each paddler in order to be able to participate in the race.
Race subscription fee
A subscription fee of 40 euro will have to be paid by Friday 20 May 2011.

Race rules
Each paddlers must:
- wear a life jacket during the whole race, from the starting line to the finish line
- fix the allocated race canoe number on the left front part of the bow of the canoe
- follow the route and the instructions communicated by the organization during the paddlers meeting and form time to time during the race.
Canoe requirements:
Canoes admitted:
“V1” va’a one person rudderless
“VR1” va’a one person with rudder
“VR2” va’a two persons with rudder
“SS1” surfski one person
“SS2” surfski two persons
The canoes will start the elite race all together but there will be different classifications for the different categories
Age categories:
Juniors under 18 years old
Open 19/39 years old
Masters over 40 years old
all categories must not reach the age of categories before or during the calendar year in which the competition takes place.
two persons in the canoe category will be assigned to the youngest.
Categories:
All age categories and open category include: Men, women and mixed (one man and one woman) for Oc2 and Surfski two.

Persons not participating in the event can, off course, enjoy all the race events. Information will be available at the information point.
